Refund time and limit:

Recden.in has a refund policy of up to 7 days. You can offer a refund of your product within 1 to 7 business days of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. It will remain outside the jurisdiction of our refund policy

Shipping cost refund:
          

Any cost of the item supplied by Recden.in will be borne by the customer. We will not be responsible for any shipping charges. Recden.in

Refund of your order:

Your order will be refunded only through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) to your Bank Account for Payment Facility Orders (NEFT) Refunds cannot be sent to any third party account in your Recden.in name and bank account Holder name must be same otherwise refund policy will not be applicable in case Of We also deliver the products of many companies to our customers through this Recden.in, any issues related to their refund policy or their warranty policy or other services policy of those companies will be as per the guidelines of those companies. Required instructions for refund

Your return address and the item you wish to return must be eligible

Once the returned item is received, you will be refunded via your original payment method as per Recden.in

To be eligible for a refund,

Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

Many types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are non-refundable. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of the product.

Please do not send your product purchase receipt back to the manufacturer. don't destroy it

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)

* Book with clear indications of usage

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

*No item is in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons not due to our error.

*Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Once your return has been received and inspected and tested, we will send you an email or contact us to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or whatever the original method of payment is within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, double check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Only regular priced items can be returned, unfortunately sale items are not refundable. Exchange (if applicable)

Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gifter himself had an order to deliver to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will ask for your return. I will find out.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you can vary slightly from region to region.

If you are shipping an item over Rs 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
