Shipping & Delivery Policy

We understand the delivery requirement of each of our consumers and we best arrange our logistics partners to deliver your ordered product to you at the earliest. We offer free shipping or nominal charges on certain orders placed from our site Recden.in

In some cases, shipping and handling rates may apply based on product, packaging, size, quantity, type and other considerations. Shipping and handling charges are indicated at check out or are accurately communicated to consumers by our reputable delivery partner prior to payment. Delivery charges vary with each consumer. Some products have relatively higher shipping on items. Charging a nominal delivery charge in such cases helps them to cover the logistics costs Please refer to your order summary to understand the detail charges for individual products

What is the estimated time of delivery

Any products ordered are shipped to you within 7-10 working days from the date of order. However, during festivals, sales or special circumstances it may take longer.

An order can only be sent to one address, which you will specify at the time of payment. If you want to ship the product to different address, you will have to place separate order accordingly.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day through reputed delivery partners.

While we will endeavor to ship all items purchased from a single order in bulk, in some cases this may not be possible due to different product sizes, features, locations or availability.

All orders are shipped from Recden.in with tax paid invoice. A virtual copy of the same will also be sent to your email ID.

A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you once the product is shipped. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting recden.in.

cash on delivery

The modes of payment available are cash on delivery and prepaid options. It may not be possible to provide COD services for all pin codes.

The availability of cash on delivery depends on the ability of our service and service providers at your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. While checking out at Recden.in, there is an option where you Can enter the PIN code and confirm whether the COD is available at your address or not.

If your order is obviously damaged, please contact our helpline customer care at info@recden.in immediately. Recden.in will immediately send a replacement or the same goods in return or initiate the refund process on a case by case basis.

If you believe that the packaging of your Order has been tampered with or damaged, or is incorrect, prior to delivery or Goods reaching You, please refuse to accept the Package, Goods or Delivery and mention your Order ID. We will send a replacement or initiate the refund process within the specified time specified under Recden.in Refund and Replacement Policy to that product.

We deliver items only in select cities in India You are entitled to make your purchases on our website only with a credit card or debit card issued in India
